WHAT IS

MISCARRIAGE?

Miscarriage is the loss of a pregnancy that ends on its own within the first 20 weeks of pregnancy.  Unfortunately, according to research, miscarriages occur in 10-25% of pregnancies.  Miscarriages occurring prior to a mom confirming her pregnancy could increase that number to about 50%.
